METROPOLIS
The first time I saw Metropolis, I was amazed by all the creativity, the passion and the intellect that make this movie so unique. Even without any words, Frietz Lang transports you into a steam-punk world, ruled by machines and elites. The costumes, the music, the production, the photography: everything single aspect of this master-piece was "avant-garde" at its time. Considered as one of the greatest science-fiction movie of all time, Metropolis as become a major inspiration for me. Designing a vehicle for this universe was for me a evidence.
